The local Haynes Law Group is led by Jeffrey S. Haynes, Esq. and Adriana G. Haynes, his wife, an experienced interpreter and office manager, who over the past 15 years have been instrumental in providing comprehensive legal representation throughout the General & Latino Communities since 2004.

Jeffrey S. Haynes

Jeff studied Government and Foreign Affairs at the University of Virginia and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Government & Foreign Affairs with a minor in History in 1996.  He earned his Doctorate of Jurisprudence with a concentration in Business Law from Mississippi College School of Law in 2000.  He and Adriana were two of the founders of Sin Barreras/Without Barriers in 2012, a local non-profit formed to serve the needs of the immigrant population and to showcase their different cultures in a way designed to bridge the gap in our communities.

Adriana G. Haynes

Before joining Haynes Law Group, Adriana served as an interpreter for the Rockingham County Circuit Court and as a Deputy Clerk in the Rockingham County Clerk’s Office.  While she has always played an important role in providing client support and services in the law office, she also served as the Hispanic Outreach Advocate at Shelter for Help in Emergency for two years, from 2011-2013.  Since 2013, she rejoined the practice full time to help expand the vision behind Haynes Law Group.

Haynes Law Group teams up with outside counsel in Personal Injury, Civil Litigation and Immigration Law cases to apply a team based approach to representation that is otherwise more challenging to a solo practice alone.  A team based approach in these areas of law can provide an advantage not only from the prospective of strategy and negotiation, but also in terms of leveling the playing field when dealing with larger firms who routinely have a team based litigation practice.
